Additionally, he is also a Law Graduate and is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Furthermore, he is a Registered Member of ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals and acts as an Insolvency Professional under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Raghunath Bhandari has over 25 years of corporate experience and has expertise in various spheres of secretarial advisory and plays a predominant role in handling various statutory & legal assignments. He has served the industry as a Company Secretary for 12 years soon after which he took his pioneering step towards consulting and practicing as a company secretary full time.
CS Foram Shah is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
She has an overall experience of 3+ years and has been associated with R. Bhandari & Co for more than 2 years. She has profound knowledge and experience in dealing with matters related to Corporate Law, Insolvency Law, Corporate Advisory and drafting of various agreements, petitions, and applications.

Kumar Barot is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University and is a highly efficient and competent company secretary professional aspirant, associated with the firm in corporate secretarial and legal matters.
